I woke up shortly after 5:00 this morning, to the sound of children in my living room. Two of my children were up playing the Wii. They were both fully dressed. One of them had already showered. I sent them back to bed, but they never did go back to sleep.
It's going to be a LONG week.

all I can say is wow. And, I'm so sorry.
Saturday morning we woke up to Calvin asking if he could play the wii at 4:45! WHAT!!! So today we laid down some spring break ground rules. NO Wii BEFORE LUNCH.
My kids have done the early morning wake up many times. It drives me crazy. One morning I woke up to the sounds of laughter and went out and Evan & Lauren were playing a board game and it was only 4:45am.
Why, oh why do kids get up so early on days they don't have to go to school?!! I'm so sorry :(
I feel your pain. Since last May, Mason was up EVERY morning by 5am, refusing to go back to bed. Since we switched to Daylight Saving Time, he sleeps till almost 7! I have no idea what switched in him but I'm thankful for whatever it was! Have a great week! I wouldn't trade you for a second ;)
My boys do this, too! Whenever we all have the chance to sleep in a little more, they are up even earlier than a school day! So not okay! I wonder why they do this?
