One day last week my parents came and picked Rowan up for a special date. When the other boys were about the same age as Rowan they also got this special treat, so he has been anxiously waiting for his turn to get taken out to lunch and to the Air Museum. They started off with lunch at Roses, which included a GINORMOUS cinnamon roll. Then it was off to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum.
Rowan really loved getting to see all the planes and fly a flight simulator.
Although he apparently crashed his plane.
I think he really liked getting all of Grandma and Grandpa's attention to himself too!
I loved getting to hear all about the planes that he saw. He seemed to soak up a lot of cool facts about them while he was there. He also came home with model airplane kits for he and his brothers, so the fun continues!
