Summer Sewing Project #1- Place-mats

The somewhat dreary start to summer that we have been having has left me craving brightness and color. I decided we needed some new place-mats to brighten up the dining room, and I decided that I didn't want them to match,because what fun is that? I had so much fun mixing and matching colors and patterns. I got a little carried away though and ended up making 12 place-mats.
