My kids and I are allergic to everything in the penicillin family too. So is Dad. I know that feeling. We're all allergic to sulfa too. We can only take the expensive antibiotics.
Whitney had a rash like that a couple of months ago. Hers was a reaction to Augmentin. Luckily it clears up fast once they quit taking the medicine.
I hope he feels better! It doesn't look like fun.
